Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated storage zones (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for inventory movement and stacking
- Conduct quality checks and document inventory using our remote management portal
- Coordinate with remote team leads via digital communication systems
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA compliance standards
- Participate in quarterly remote safety training sessions
- Process shipments using our integrated inventory software
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong remote communication skills via Slack/Teams
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid California Driver's License
