Responsibilities
- Operate temperature-controlled warehouse facilities (-10°F to 40°F zones)
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain strict inventory control and rotation systems (FIFO)
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Perform routine sanitation and facility upkeep
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments (provide thermal gear)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation to 24/7 shift schedule
- Pass background check and drug screening
