Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain precise temperature control documentation and monitoring systems
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products following HACCP protocols
- Perform inventory management and stock rotation in controlled environments
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA compliance standards for cold storage facilities
- Conduct routine equipment checks and basic maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -20°F to 40°F
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (provided)

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
