Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trailers using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in -10°F environments
- Operate temperature monitoring equipment and report deviations
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Participate in monthly safety drills and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (18+ years old)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Willingness to work in refrigerated environments (32°F to -10°F)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
