Responsibilities
- Maintain precise inventory records via remote digital systems while conducting physical counts at Santa Ana facility
- Operate temperature-controlled storage equipment and refrigeration units
- Monitor cold chain compliance through IoT sensors and digital dashboards
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient product rotation and FIFO protocols
- Conduct quality assurance checks on perishable goods using handheld scanners
- Document temperature deviations and implement corrective actions remotely
- Train on advanced warehouse management systems for hybrid operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in digital inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently with remote supervision
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail for temperature-sensitive operations
- Valid California driver's license
- Basic knowledge of HACCP principles
