Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in sub-zero environments (-10°F to 30°F)
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels using WMS systems with remote access
- Inspect and sanitize equipment/facilities per HACCP standards
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using proper stacking techniques
- Document temperature logs and quality control reports digitally
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital communication tools
- Participate in quarterly safety training (hybrid remote/on-site)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Comfortable with hybrid remote work protocols
