Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer storage units
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration monitoring systems
- Inspect and document inventory using digital warehouse management tools
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in cold environments
- Coordinate with remote logistics team for inventory updates
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Participate in monthly remote safety training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with warehouse management software
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to train)
- Strong communication skills for remote team coordination
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
