Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for next-day delivery with zero-error focus
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse zones following OSHA safety standards
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless inventory handover
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain during paid training)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to 12am-8am shift schedule
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
