Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cold storage environments at optimal temperatures (-10°F to 40°F)
- Safely handle, palletize, and inventory refrigerated/frozen products
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Conduct quality checks and report inventory discrepancies
- Sanitize and maintain cleanliness of storage areas and equipment
- Collaborate with remote team members for inventory management via digital systems
- Participate in safety training and emergency response drills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in sub-zero environments
- Basic computer skills for remote administrative tasks
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance awareness
- Reliable transportation to Tulsa facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
