Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Accurately manage inventory tracking using our digital warehouse management system (remote access provided)
- Load/unload trucks and organize pallets in designated storage zones
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with warehouse team via remote communication tools for task coordination
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to prevent safety hazards
- Support inventory audits and documentation from remote office when needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with digital inventory systems and remote collaboration tools
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance focus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible schedule availability including some weekend shifts
