Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated and frozen storage units
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and cold storage equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect inventory for quality control and document storage conditions
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation and stock rotation procedures
- Comply with HACCP, OSHA, and food safety protocols
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital inventory management systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on refrigeration units
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
