Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort inbound shipments using provided equipment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning technology under OSHA guidelines
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless transition
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with provided ergonomic equipment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Reliable transportation for overnight shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a temperature-controlled environment
