Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cold storage environments (-10°F to 40°F) using digital monitoring systems
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in temperature-controlled zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality checks on perishable goods using remote inventory management tools
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA safety protocols for food handling
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital communication platforms
- Maintain accurate temperature logs using mobile reporting apps
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in cold storage or warehouse environments
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with digital inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance focus
- Reliable transportation to facility (3 miles from downtown Stockton)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Comfortable with hybrid work model (3 remote days/week on-site)
