Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and packing lists
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging
- Maintain organized inventory in assigned warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean workspace
- Document inventory discrepancies and report to supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends (16-32 hrs/week)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Pass background check and drug screening
