Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in -10°F to 30°F zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in confined cold storage areas
- Inventory management using barcode scanning systems
- Coordinate with remote logistics team for real-time shipment tracking
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA cold storage protocols
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
- Train remotely on safety procedures and inventory software
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/cold storage experience
- OSHA-certified forklift operation required
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Valid Alaska driver's license
- Experience with remote work communication tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
