Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) to move and organize inventory
- Scan and verify incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS systems
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless operations
- Prepare and sort packages for next-day delivery
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to operate powered warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation for overnight shift hours
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Stamina for standing/walking 8+ hours
