Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated/freezer facilities
- Safely load/unload, sort, and organize perishable goods using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Conduct daily inventory checks and quality control inspections
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols (HACCP/SOP compliance)
- Operate and monitor refrigeration equipment for malfunctions
- Document storage conditions using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with remote team members via communication platforms
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
- Minimum 1 year experience in cold storage or warehousing
