Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records in our WMS system
- Monitor and document temperature/humidity levels in cold zones
- Perform quality checks on perishable goods
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- 1+ years cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid California driver's license
