Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our remote-accessible digital tracking system
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in -10°F to 40°F temperature zones
- Inspect and organize frozen/refrigerated products per HACCP standards
- Coordinate with remote supervisors via digital communication tools for task prioritization
- Perform quality control checks and report discrepancies through mobile reporting apps
- Assist in warehouse sanitation protocols following remote monitoring guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (company-paid)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures with appropriate PPE
- Basic computer literacy for remote reporting systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and clean record
