Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate packaging equipment and inventory scanners
- Maintain organized staging areas and quality control standards
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve order discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Experience with warehouse management systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Valid California driver's license (for forklift certification)
