Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cold storage temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) using digital controls
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trailers using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation using WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA sanitation standards for food safety
- Operate palletizers/wrappers to secure shipments for transport
- Complete daily safety inspections and maintenance logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (4-8 hour shifts)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation to early/late shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
