Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Monitor and maintain proper storage temperatures using digital thermometers
- Inspect and rotate inventory using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) methods
- Load/unload trucks while maintaining temperature integrity
- Complete inventory counts and warehouse documentation
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols (HACCP standards)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to 789 Refrigeration Drive
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
