Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders with 99.9% accuracy using advanced scanning systems
- Operate automated packing machinery and conveyor systems efficiently
- Maintain inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately
- Collaborate with quality control teams to resolve packing issues
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean workstation
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining premium quality standards
- Train new packers on proprietary packing software and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in high-volume order fulfillment
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
