Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (0°F to 40°F)
- Inspect and record temperature/humidity levels hourly
- Load/unload trucks while maintaining FIFO inventory rotation
- Sanitize equipment and facilities per USDA standards
- Monitor inventory using WMS systems and RF scanners
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols for cold environments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to 24/7 rotating shifts
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
- Experience in warehouse/distribution a plus
