Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts after training)
- Maintain clean and organized workstation
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping goals
- Document inventory movements accurately
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Attention to detail and quality focus
- Willingness to work in a refrigerated environment (15-20°F)
- Reliable transportation to Northern Ave location
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Pass background/drug screen check
