Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in sub-zero environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Monitor and record temperature/humidity levels using digital sensors
- Inspect and sanitize equipment to maintain food safety standards
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks with precision and efficiency
- Manage inventory using WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Comply with OSHA and HACCP safety protocols
- Perform quality checks on perishable goods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly in cold conditions
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
