Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature levels in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Safely load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct inventory audits and stock rotation following FIFO protocols
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety standards in all operations
- Operate warehouse equipment including scanners and conveyor systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Complete quality control checks on incoming/outgoing products
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and temperature monitoring
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Attention to detail with quality control procedures
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Team player with strong communication skills
