Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and cold storage equipment safely
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation using FIFO principles
- Adhere to strict food safety and OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload trucks while maintaining product integrity
- Complete accurate documentation of warehouse activities
- Participate in routine sanitation and facility maintenance
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (freezer zones) for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Punctuality and reliable attendance record
