Responsibilities
- Maintain strict temperature protocols in refrigerated/freezer environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to load/unload shipments safely
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety standards for food handling
- Inventory management using warehouse management systems
- Sanitize equipment and facilities according to HACCP guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in sub-zero temperatures
