Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated/frozen products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain strict temperature control in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate warehouse equipment while adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts with RF scanning technology
- Sanitize storage areas and equipment per FDA food safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment goals
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance checks and report issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly in cold environments
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
