Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Accurately manage inventory counts and update warehouse management systems in real-time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize workflow and meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Support receiving and shipping processes while maintaining accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy for warehouse management system operations
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
