Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated storage areas
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for inventory movement
- Inspect and sanitize equipment/facilities daily
- Load/unload temperature-controlled shipments
- Monitor inventory levels using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Document temperature logs and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (32°F to -10°F)
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work flexible shifts/nights
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Background check and drug screen required
