Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished goods within warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Maintain accurate inventory records through barcode scanning and system updates
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging/shipping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report maintenance needs promptly
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail with ability to follow complex instructions
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
