Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory using FIFO methods
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and cold storage monitoring systems
- Conduct daily safety inspections and maintain accurate inventory logs
- Adhere to HACCP protocols and OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and stand 8+ hours
- OSHA 10 or Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent
