Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer storage areas
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and cold storage handling equipment safely
- Inspect and document storage conditions using digital monitoring systems
- Prioritize FIFO inventory rotation and quality control procedures
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in extreme environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
