Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature levels in refrigerated/freezer units
- Safely load, unload, and organize perishable goods
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and reporting
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Use inventory management systems for accurate tracking
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F to -10°F)
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic computer literacy
