Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated environments (40°F to -10°F)
- Inspect products for quality compliance and temperature consistency
- Pack, label, and stage goods according to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety standards in all operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
