Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Organize and maintain clean, orderly storage areas to maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure seamless workflow
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year warehouse or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass forklift certification
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
