Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks and containers
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature zones (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct quality inspections of perishable goods
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (4-8 hours/day)
- Valid driver's license and clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
