Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day delivery with precision
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues during shift
- Complete all required documentation in warehouse management system
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid Texas driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
