Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in cold storage zones
- Load/unload refrigerated trailers with temperature-sensitive goods
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP protocols
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines in -10°C environments
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (-10°C/-14°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (including nights)
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
