Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer sections
- Load/unload pallets of perishable goods using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Conduct daily inventory counts and update warehouse management systems
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas following HACCP standards
- Operate cold storage monitoring systems and report deviations
- Collaborate with team on efficient product rotation (FIFO)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols for cold environments
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to 7am shifts
- Willingness to pass background check and drug screen
- Attention to detail in temperature monitoring
