Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely handling incoming and outgoing shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately sorting, organizing, and storing products in walk-in freezers and coolers.
- Temperature Monitoring: Regularly checking equipment and logs to ensure optimal storage conditions.
- Equipment Maintenance: Performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance on warehouse machinery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Physical Labor: Standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to start tomorrow and work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold storage is preferred but not required.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to work in extreme cold environments and perform heavy lifting.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is a plus.
