Responsibilities
- Safely load/unrefrigerated trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain precise temperature (-10°F to 40°F) in storage zones
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation using RF scanners
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Operate refrigeration units and monitor equipment performance
- Sanitize storage areas and maintain hygiene standards
- Document temperature logs and shipping manifests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work in 40°F environments
- Valid government-issued ID
- Pre-employment drug screening required
