Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Monitor and maintain warehouse temperature/humidity controls
- Inspect and rotate inventory to prevent spoilage
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA compliance protocols
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS systems
- Perform daily sanitation and equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
