Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move refrigerated products efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Monitor temperature levels and report equipment malfunctions
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for cold environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect and clean storage areas to meet sanitation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Load/unload trucks while maintaining product integrity
Qualifications
- Previous cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
