Responsibilities
- Maintain strict temperature controls (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for safe material handling
- Perform inventory audits using RF scanners and digital systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Sanitize equipment and facility surfaces per FDA guidelines
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless logistics
- Document temperature logs and maintenance activities
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends during peak seasons
