Responsibilities
- Maintain proper temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated/freezer storage areas
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and document product condition upon receipt and dispatch
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow strict food safety protocols and sanitation procedures
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation (FIFO)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F to 0°F) for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Blvd location
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- No prior cold storage experience necessary
