Responsibilities
- Maintain proper temperature (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory safely
- Inspect and rotate stock using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) methods
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP protocols
- Complete inventory counts and documentation accurately
- Perform sanitation and cleaning procedures in storage areas
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (4+ hours daily)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10 certification a plus (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Flexible availability including weekends if needed
- Pass pre-employment background check
