Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing lists and customer specifications
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging
- Prepare shipping labels and packages for carrier pickup
- Maintain organized inventory of packing materials and supplies
- Operate packaging equipment including box sealers and label printers
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
